Shoot has a time limit of 8 hours, extra time @ R300 per half hour extra. For extra photo please ask for a quotation.

Package 5:  R9000.00 per shoot, this includes the DVD with all the photos (no matter how many photos), 2=A3 photos, 4=A4 & A3 Luxury Wedding Book (Black cover, 250gsm UV varnished pages)) –20 pages – landscape. Package 6:  R9500.00 per shoot, this includes the DVD with all the photos (no matter how many photos), 2=A3 photos, 4=A4 photos & A4 Leather Wedding Book - Leather cover, 200gsm high gloss pages) –20 pages – landscape. Shoot has a time limit of 8 hours, extra time @ R300 per half hour extra. For extra photo please ask for a quotation.

Extras:

Photo booth at the wedding reception for 3 hours = R700.00

Bride make-up and dress up for 2 hours = R800.00

Groom dress up for 1 hours = R400.00

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The wedding couple or wedding planner must supply the photographers with information needed to coordinate the shoot, ensure the best photos and use of the photos after the wedding. Please ask for a form if not supplied.

Please fill in all the spaces in readable handwriting and hand it over to Quadro Photography & Graphics at least 2 weeks after receiving this form or 3 week before the wedding date.

 To ensure Quadro Photography & Graphics will be available on your wedding day, you must book the date with Quadro Photography & Graphics as soon as possible, for as long as there is no booking, you may lose the date to other bookings. With booking of the photographer, a non-refundable deposit of 50% must be made by cash or EFT to confirm your booking. The outstanding 50% must be paid before the wedding date. No deposit will be refunded with cancelation. In the event of full payment made the amount, only 50% will be refunded, if the wedding date is postponed, the deal will still stand however, there may be an increase in package price due to increase in prices of prints and photo books, we need the new date asap, keep in mind that other dates may be booked by other couples.

Packages with prints\books must be finalized within 60 days of receiving the photos. In the event that prints\books are not finalized additional fees may be applicable to the client. In the event that prints\books are not finalized within 90 days after receiving the photos, all printing will be forfeited by the client.

Packages are not interchangeable between clients

 It is the duty of the wedding couple or their wedding planer to coordinate the family and friend’s photos at the church or reception.

 Please plan for at least one hour between wedding (church) and reception for the photographers to do a shoot with only the wedding couple.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once order is placed and there is a cancelation, a booking penalty of 50% will be charged. A payment of 100% must be made with booking to ensure your date & time, disk will be ready with in 5 working days after shoot, prints will be ready for you with in 10 working days after print order is handed in by you. If you cancel the shoot, only 50% will be refunded. All shoots include 1 photographer. I keep all rights to the photos but will not use it without the model or the model’s parents (if she or he is under 18) consent. Be advised that a Model Release Form must be signed by the model or the model’s parents (if she or he is under 18) before the photos can be used by the photographer in any way.
